Email & anti-abuse policy
How we use email.
Lirea House is an influencer marketing agency. We connect brands with creators, shape campaign strategy, and report on performance. Some of that work begins with an email to someone who has not heard from us before — so this page sets out exactly who we write to, where their address came from, and how to make us stop.
How we send
Our mail goes to a named recipient for a specific reason: a reply to an enquiry, the day-to-day running of an active engagement, or a first approach to a brand or creator we have researched and believe is a genuine fit for the work we do.
Some of that first-approach mail is cold, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise. The standards below apply to every message that leaves our domains, without exception, and Lirea House is accountable for all of it.
We do not lend, resell, or delegate our domains to any third party for sending.
The standards we hold to
- Identified sending. Every message carries a real person's name, our company name, and a working reply address that is monitored and answered. Headers and subject lines describe the contents accurately.
- Business addresses, for business reasons. We write to contact addresses meant for business enquiries — a website contact page, a channel's about section, a media kit, a public professional profile — and about work that is plainly relevant to the recipient.
- Relevance is the test. Anyone we write to is written to because our work plainly relates to theirs — a brand running creator campaigns, a creator who takes sponsorships. Reach is never the reason on its own.
- Immediate, permanent opt-out. A reply saying "unsubscribe", "remove me", or anything to that effect is acted on as soon as we see it — same day wherever possible — and recorded permanently. No confirmation step, no conditions, no reason needed.
- Authenticated mail. Our sending domains publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so anything genuinely from us can be verified — and anything forging our name can be rejected.
- Data handled on request. Ask and we will tell you what contact details we hold for you, where they came from, and delete them if you would rather we did not.
What we do not do — ever
- No deception or impersonation. We never spoof sender identities, forge headers, imitate another brand, or use a misleading subject line to obtain an open.
- No scams or fraudulent offers. No advance-fee schemes, fake invoices, investment or cryptocurrency solicitations, prize claims, or any offer that is not exactly what it says it is.
- No phishing or credential harvesting. We will never ask for a password, a one-time code, banking details, or payment to an account we have not agreed in writing with you first.
- No malware or hostile links. No attachments or links serving malicious software, and no link redirection intended to disguise a destination.
- No filter evasion. No obfuscated text, hidden content, disposable sending domains, rotating IP ranges, or any other technique whose purpose is to defeat spam filtering.
- No prohibited or harmful content. Nothing adult, hateful, harassing, defamatory, counterfeit or otherwise unlawful — and no promotion of it on anyone else's behalf.
- No ignoring a "no". An opt-out is not a suggestion. Once someone has asked, that address is never contacted again.
Compliance
Our correspondence is conducted in line with the CAN-SPAM Act (US), the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive (EU/EEA), PECR (UK) and CASL (Canada), as each applies to the recipient: accurate sender identification, an honest subject line, a clear purpose, and a working opt-out honoured in every message.
Where a recipient's jurisdiction restricts unsolicited commercial contact, we rely only on the narrow allowances made for business addresses the recipient has published for enquiries of that kind — and we stop on request, without argument.
Opting out, or reporting a problem
One address covers all of it, and it is monitored: wael@lireahouse.online.
To stop receiving mail from us, reply to any message or write to that address. Your details are suppressed permanently, in almost every case the same day.
To report abuse or a forged sender — anything from our domains that contradicts what is written on this page, or mail using our name that we did not send — forward it to the same address with full headers. Every report reaches a person here, is investigated, and is answered.
For access, correction or erasure of any contact data we hold about you, write to the same address and say so.
General enquiries are equally welcome there, or through the contact form on our site.
